“Garden Picnic” is my representation of joyous garden where different flowers bloom, small and big in size and join each other to become a riotous display of colours.
It remind me of a bright and sunny day in the garden, with a cosy blanket under your feet, when you just want to relax on the green grass surrounded by flowers, a pond with some ducks and a nice grazing platter.
This is one of the early paintings from the collection and I truly enjoyed painting this for straight 2 days, with so many layers and drying times in between.
